The small picturesque village of St Agnes is just a short drive away (1.5 miles) or you can walk there along a scenic footpath that runs through fields and by the foot of St Agnes Beacon. At Beacon Cottage Farm you are only 10 minutes walk from Chapel Porth beach with its spectacular unspoiled sandy cove offering excellent bathing and surfing, caves to explore and delightful shallow rockpools for little children to play in. Beacon Cottage Farm Touring Park is part of a traditional working Cornish family farm set in beautiful countryside, a few hundred yards from the sea. The 70 individually numbered pitches are set out in six small landscaped paddocks enjoying spectacular sea and coastal views while others are surrounded by trees, offering shelter for those who prefer it. We enjoy spectacular sea and coastal views and are just a few minutes walk from the South West Coastal path. This is a wonderful area for walking and from the touring park you have access to miles of peaceful winding tracks and paths along the coast and secluded valleys. On site facilities include: Showers

Every season has something different to offer - in spring and summer the walls and hedges are a mass of wild flowers while in autumn and winter months the gorse and heather form a carpet of colour on the hillside. St Agnes is an ideal centre for touring Cornwall with the beautiful cathedral city of Truro, our main shopping centre, just 10 miles away and the Eden Project, Maritime Museum and Tate Gallery within easy reach. |
