Glenmidge Smith is an extremely pleasant well maintained small family run site , quiet and secluded, situated in a small hamlet in the Nith Valley, 8 miles north of Dumfries.

The area offers peace and tranquillity in gorgeous countryside, where there is an abundance of wildlife, including the now very rare, Red Squirrel.

Exploring the South West corner of Scotland could not be easier from this location, with a wealth of attractions and activities to explore and experience. A warm welcome awaits you from Hamish and Margaret Steele, who are only too willing to help make your's a special holiday.

Self catering cottages also available at a very affordable rate.
