Oakdown Touring & Holiday Park

For almost thirty years Oakdown has been carefully fashioned by the Franks family, from open Devonshire meadowland to its current award winning standard.

No straight lines here just gentle curves, spacious groves, seclusion, privacy and peace and quiet. Thousands of trees and shrubs have been carefully planted and tended - marvellous for our wildlife all year round.

Each year sees many birds, including Goldfinches, nesting on the park and our winter resident and visiting wildlife now enjoy fruit from over twenty varieties of our shrubs.

Our grass is kept beautifully mown; our floral displays are, we are told, a delight to behold and our climate is wonderfully mild.

Where are we?

From M5 junction 30 at Exeter, follow the A3052 eastwards through Newton Poppleford to Sidford. Proceed for another one and a half miles towards Lyme Regis and then take the second Weston turning at the Oakdown sign on your right.
