We are situated in Boston Lincolnshire, approximately one mile from the town centre, in a quaint countryside location.

There are several different things you can do from enjoying the countryside walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, bowling, bingo, or visit nearby pubs and restaurants. Or you can enjoy the town centre for shopping, and the market held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We are situated on the east coast (Lincolnshire) at the famous market town of Boston. You can find us at the village of Fishtoft, which is one mile from the town centre. 

We are on route to Skegness (just off the A52) and make a good stop off point for those people that like to visit Skegness but find it too busy for a whole holiday.

We offer a quiet site in a scenic location, which has a lot to offer nearby.
