Located in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park, Pound Farm is a carefully designed and beautifully situated holiday hamlet.

There are a selection of luxuriously appointed and fully equipped lodges available for holiday rental. We also have spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished apartments and a fully refurbished Farmhouse.

The park also has 20 pitches for touring caravans, motor homes, tents and trailer tents, all with 10 amps mains electric hook-up. Most pitches are on grass but there are a few hard-standing. The average pitch size is 8m x 8m. Sorry, we do not have a dedicated motor home service point, however, most motor homes can be accommodated on the pitches with the exception of the very largest US-style.

Pound Farm has easy access to all the outdoor attractions this famous region is renowned for, scenic fells and lakes, historic and ancient sites, golf, watersports and fishing. Windermere is situated a short drive away, with the largest natural lake in England providing an ideal spot for enjoying a cruise on one of Windermere�s vintage steamers.

Kendal can be reached by car in 10 minutes and the park has easy access from the M6, Junction 36.

Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and take the A591 until you reach a roundabout. Head towards Crook on the B5284. Pound Farm is on the left after approximately 2 miles.
